Patient Profile Upload ? How to use the Patient Profile Upload Tool –
1.) Click the download template button and save the excel template file locally.
2.) Upload the excel file by clicking the Add Patients button (try first with the example data, but you can change it later).
3.) Press the Find Alternatives button to see if there are lower cost options and to fill the Patient Profile Run table.
4.) Press the Care Gaps button to determine any major gaps in care (identified in the Medication Safety & Gap Analysis table).
5.) Press the Detect Poly-Pharmacy button to search for duplicate therapy.
6.) Experiment with your own data in the same format as the excel template!
7.) Before calulating costs again for the same records you must clear all patient data from the table and re-upload the template.
(Currently the template supports only 1 patient profile run, so do not add multiple patients to the template.)
