Register your organization

Joining an organization that's already on Helix?
There's nothing to fill in here — individual accounts are invite-only. Ask your organization's Helix administrator to invite you from their Manage users page; you'll receive an email link to set your password and enroll two-factor authentication. Not sure who your administrator is? Contact us.

The application below registers a new organization — healthcare payers, facilities that provide gene therapy, and gene-therapy manufacturers.

Fields marked * are required — everything else can be added later during review.

Organization

Staff accounts are restricted to these domains. Consumer providers (gmail, yahoo, …) are not accepted.

Authorized official

An officer with legal authority for the organization. Our team verifies this person out-of-band during review.

Designated administrator

This person will manage your organization's Helix accounts. Their email must be on your organization domain — they'll receive a confirmation link.

Application received

Next steps: the designated administrator activates their account from the email we just sent, signs in, and uploads your W-9 from the onboarding page. Our team then reviews the application — full access opens the moment it's approved.
